Announcements and Reminders for Friday, February 16, 2018: I am available for Cave Time on Tuesdays and Fridays.  Wednesday is an enrichment day in my classroom:  Mock Trial. Thursday is Request Day.  If you haven't brought your composition book,  bring it as soon as possible.  We have checked several of the items you have written  in your composition book.  If you need to catch up, see the tab above for Composition Books.

Targets for Today: Read, of course! I can read for enjoyment, and participate in discussions about literature.

Today’s  Agenda for Friday, February 16, 2018: Don't forget to bring your composition book to leave in class.  1.   Listen to  The Rithmatist from page 316, 8:45:15 to  8:53:37 page 320 at page break.   Discussion:  Do you think Exton is guilty? What would make you think he is or is not?   2.  More Rithmatist  to page  324  -- 9:03:07   Write an alternate ending to that chapter -- something happens in the inception chamber and/or what happens after he comes out and IS a Rithmatist.   Label it "Alternate" and with today's date -- 2-16-18 Share with your 12'o clock appointment.   3.  More Rithmatist  to 9:37:45, page 346  (on the end of the rifle).  We have about 48 minutes left.
