1.  Read your choice of books.

2.    In your composition book under "Reading Response Log" which begins on page 31, write   a 1/3 to 1/2 page to answer this question: 

If you could ask the author three questions about the book right now, what would they be? 

Label it "Asking the Author" and add today's date   1-29-18.

3.  Using your _9___o'clock appointment,  discuss the answers you just wrote.

4. Read The Rithmatist  from the top of page 146 to  the end of the chapter, including the labeled diagram.
