Students spent about 10 minutes in each class, and attended an assembly. The assembly included --
- A movie about what your first day of seventh grade hopefully WON'T be like
- Introduction to our school mission statement: Respect, Honor, Pride
- We stand as one as we
- Respect others,
- Honor our cave,
- Take Pride in our learning.
- A performance by The Dance Company
- Introduction of the Counselors and which students each will work with --

- Discussion of Tardies
- A brief introduction of CAVE Time which will begin September 5
- Brief discussion of Dress Code
- A few points about the Lunchroom
Students also had time to find their lockers and try their locker combinations.

In Ms. Dorsey's classes, we reviewed information about seventh grade and about finding things in our classroom. We will go over the information again and/or in more detail.
Please memorize your
locker number,
locker combination,
student number which is also your lunch number,
log-in information for Skyward,
log-in information for computers at school.
