We will do some sustained reading for enjoyment.


We will read from The Invention of Hugo Cabret, and compare it to a silent movie.

2. Respond to what you read:   In your composition book.  Write about 1/4 to 1/3 page under Reading Response Log.

4. Learn about Camera Shots (Make a list in your composition book.) 
5. Watch a  Georges Melies silent movie.
         Compare the silent movie with the book illustrations.   Venn Diagram
